- Orders are usually dispatched within **1–2 working days** after confirmation.

- Delivery time may vary by location — typically **3–7 business days**.

- All orders are carefully packed to ensure products reach safely.

💸 **Cash on Delivery (COD)** is available across most pin codes.

📦 **Tracking:**  

Once your order is shipped, we will share the tracking details via WhatsApp or SMS.

🔁 **Return & Replacement Policy**

We do **not accept returns** for any products once sold.

Why?

- Our parts are tested and packed securely before dispatch.

- Sewing machine parts are **technical items** — incorrect use or fitment may cause confusion.

- To ensure quality control and customer safety, **all sales are final**.

📌 However, in rare cases of:

- Wrong item sent by us

- Damaged product on arrival

Please contact us within **24 hours** of delivery with clear photos.  

We will verify and offer resolution if the issue is from our side.
