- Delivery times may vary depending on your location (usually 3–7 days).

- Delays due to courier issues, weather, or other factors are beyond our control.

- We do **not accept returns** once the product is sold.

- In case of a wrong or damaged item sent by us, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proof (photos).

- We may issue a replacement only after verifying the issue.
